By joining the BT Partner Network, you will:

We charge an agreed annual license fee and there is no ceiling on the number of times you may run the simulations, therefore allowing you to maximize your return on investment. License fees may be paid over an agreed number of instalments in order to manage your cash flow.

  • Be provided with full training and support to enable your sales & marketing team to launch this new product offering to your clients and ensure that it becomes a significant revenue generator.
  • Receive full training and support to your lead facilitator to ensure that he/she is well equipped to derive maximum learning when delivering the simulations.
  • Have access to a library of sales & marketing materials as well as videos of selling tips and recaps on how to facilitate the simulations and exercises.

Prerequisites for Aspiring Partners

Over the years, we have found that there are certain criteria necessary to form a successful partnership. Our partners:

  • Believe in discovery learning…”If I tell you something, it’s true for me. If you discovery it, it’s true for you”.
  • Are seeking a powerful and engaging learning tool to develop their clients/learners business and financial acumen.
  • Have good connections in the corporate sector and/or educational sector.
  • Have at least 1 facilitator who:
    - Has sufficient numeracy skills to be able to deal with the numbers used in the simulation both financial and non-financial
    - Has sufficient industry experience or knowledge to be able to transfer learnings from the simulation
    - Is comfortable working on MS PowerPoint and Excel
    - Is passionate and energetic – our simulations require facilitators with high energy levels and a good sense of humour
    - Has a good rapport with customers and delegates

Pricing Model

  • When you join, you will be given a starter-pack which consists of our 6 core and most widely used simulations. These 6 simulations cater for a diverse mix of learning needs, level of learner and duration.
  • We charge a minimal annual license fee based on the average rate for one full (24 delegates) 2-day course.
  • You may select additional industry-specific simulations at any time to add to your portfolio. These are priced on a sliding scale.
  • License fees may be paid over an agreed number of instalments in order to manage your cash flow. There is no ceiling on the number of times you may run the simulations, therefore allowing you to maximize your return on investment.

Steps to becoming a BTUSA Partner

  2. Exchange info and assess fit from both sides of the partnership
  3. Agree on commercials and sign license agreement
  4. Option A: Attend a 5 day capacity building workshop consisting of a 2-day simulation plus selling and facilitation skills OR
    Option B: Complete the Selling and Facilitation Skills Training online and have a BT master facilitator run your first client course with your facilitators participating as delegates
  5. Access our online library of selling and facilitator support materials.
  6. Business planning and discuss strategies to introduce simulations to your client base.
